By way of introduction, Mindy Farr has over 24 years’ experience in the healthcare industry. Mindy started her career at Apria Healthcare and has since worked for a number of large pharmaceutical companies and CROs. Mindy has held senior positions at LabCorp’s Clinical Trials Division, Bristol Myers Squibb, Quintiles, Apria Healthcare and Gilead Sciences. Mindy’s prior business development experience include pharma/biotech specialty sales, global laboratory services, home health care, managed care contracting and major account regional positions.  Mindy’s passion is matching customer needs to unique global solutions and providing exceptional customer service with new and existing clients in building long term relationships.

Kristina Figueroa is a young health care professional, focused on improving clinical trial outcomes in drug development by connecting with people and building solutions to compliment the needs of their teams. Through her career, she has moved from lab-bench to medical training, finishing her education with a focus in Public Health. Kristina began her research career with the clinical operations team at QuintilesIMS. Subsequent to her time in clinical trial delivery, she saw an opportunity to grow professionally in Business Development. Since then she has successfully navigated organizations and leveraged connections to help sponsors get the best results possible. Kristina also serves as the VP of Nominating on the JDRF Board of Directors, the Director of Sponsorship for the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and is a member of the 2017 HBA Leadership Institute.
